LOL, people dont migrate or pay weekly, If someone would like to migrate to best they see if its at-least standard for a month. Not a week

Yes, i thought of using 6months its sounded lame , so i used semi-annual

Of course it would make more sense to do it by services (shared, VPS etc).

But as I indicated you'll get a lot of biased reviews and perhaps even providers will request members to vote for him.

I dont think this is a good idea...it might be seen as an endorsement of a particular host and then if that host fails at any point in the future (as so many do) then we'd look pretty bad for calling them Host of the Year or w/e.
