need help-suggestions

i had around $27 in my fileserve account yesterday now i got $8 only,checked my earnings account which showed that i redeemed $20 for premium which i didnt,i never shared my user id or pass with any1,i dont know what happened,so first off i changed the passes,now going to format windows and install it again with eset nod 32 antivirus and sandbox to run suspicious things but i dont know how to check if a program is suspicious if i run it in sandbox
also i cant format my whole 1.5TB HDD so will just format my windows drive
now once done with format
i am thinking i should install antivirus and run a scan from safe mode right,and i think i should run a scan with anti malware bytes too,though i already ran a scan with it but it didnt showed anything except for crack of IDM
should i run scan first and then open other drives?since i have taken back up of all softwares in other drives for installing them again instead of downloading them again
right now going for format
please give your suggestions

i wonder why u edited and removed name of kaspersky

anyways i scanned whole pc with bit defender total security 2012 updated and it just found crack of IDM as trojan lol and some cookies





so i think either fileserve account was hacked/cracked or they did it themself

are you kidding me?
happened with only fileserve,i doubt fileserve did this themself since i wasnt buying premium after it expired,i was planning to get payout instead

i never mentioned my user id anywhere and pass was very secure which is now even more secure,even crackers cant crack it
