1. first login into cPenal
2. create ftp account
3. use FileZilla to upload your site

or log into the control panel > click file manager > select Root (www.) > .Zip the files you want to upload > Upload the files to public_html (create folders if needed to) > extract the contents of the .zip file > boom done!

That is the nameserver that will be used for your site you need to add that in your domain registrar.

yes you can or you can add A Record in DNS point to your ip (in your cPenal)

A www.yourdomain.com your ip TTL => add record
A yourdomain.com your ip TTL => add record
A ftp.yourdomin.com your ip TTL => add record

first u change ur domain namesever. nameserver name provide u hosting company .. then login ur cpanel (www.yourdomain/cpanel) then go to public_html and upload u website files. and upload ur data using cpanel.....
