I tried UK RDP from Tehhost and took refund after 24 hrs. Tracker downloads/Seed was slow. So no Tehhost. I download 98% from tracker and rest from Filehost so tracker is important for me.

RDP Providers dont like BitTorrent users, so if you want to seed 24/7 i suggest you to buy a seedbox.

For torrent Ram + Hdd is issue I think. There are some provider who is selling with high RAM and fast HDD.
