Looking for Web Developer

Hello KWWH Member,
I'm looking for someone who does website development (and software development is a bonus) with programming experience. I want to create an educational site and it's main feature will be tutors being connected via the site with students through video chat and text chat and preferably an online whiteboard. User-generated flashcards and study notes will also be a feature. A large feature of the site will be prep tests so a large database is needed to store these tests and for the students to take them online.

To be honest with you, €50 for a project that big is a little insane. I don't think you will get something satisfying for that budget.

I would suggest you to go over to freelancer.com for an alternative.

Something like this will cost you well over ?5000, I know many colleges who have the exact same and they pay ?50,000 + for the portal and everything else needed.
