Check in ACP/Applications & Modules/Manage Hooks and you will find it under the tab " Installed Hooks ". Hoover your mouse pointer on the right side and you will see the options you need and want.

By default that hook is disabled.

I have some problems with tags. I have tag dvdrip and when I go there, it appears title with this tag. It is like this with every tag, with all of them I have problems. That's it.

Check here:

ACP/System Settings/System/Tags/Clean tags via bad word filter. Click " Yes " then click Update Settings. Now go to Look & Feel/Post Content/Bad Word Filters and add those tags you want cleaned out.

Check also the other options in Tags that you might feel useful.
