I thought that i can change plan every 3 days, but its been 3 days now and still it wont let me change the plan

Wait til the last second mate ! Check your exact time when you changed the plan.

He is right,I changed my plan once & after a day I knew I wanted to change back,so I tried several times on the third day but it wouldn't change until it hit exactly 72hours from the previous change.

sever 38 is not working

s19 and s20 gave me the most problem. The rest seems to be fine.

and s17 too I hate cuz sometimes I upload big file and i have to reupload them again
