You will receive your money soon,don't worry.Bitshare never scammed anyone.
Just give them their time,once it says completed it won't take more than 24 hours for your money to show up.Even more earlier than this.

hmm i was platinum but today my rank changed to silver my average downloads are 600 with 1 sale a day (some days i have 2-3 sales a day), my rank cant get lower having these stats ??

Same thing here. I have been using Bitshare for more than 3 months with average 800 to 1000 downloads and more than 30 sales in last 2 weeks. I have been on platinum for months. Today when I login to my account, I was demoted to silver. What's going on?

me too, i stayed at platinum for more than 5 months, now i m on silver too, i have more than 800 downloads a day at average and more than 1 premium sales a day,
