I think it already happen about a year ago. I remember Bitshare had Paypal problems on June or July 2011.

I'm kicking myself right now.Do to problems not related to bitshare(for the most part)
It's taking me longer to get my files up than it normally would.Because of that,I'm not getting the download totals I'm use to & I had started with PPD.I'm kicking myself because I've had 18 sales in just a few days but get nothing for them.
I'm going to switch until I get my download totals going again but I missed out on all those ones.
