can this: "The file owner decided to limit file's access. Only Premium members can access this file"

be changed into this:

"Only Premium members can access this file.Become a Premium Member now!"

i know it is true that file owners can limit access to "premium only" but it sound too offensive and repulsive to users without any benefit
