the sales, downloads and speed up/down are low today

Maybe their servers are extremely overloaded today.
Many people reported they cannot download my files before 2 ~ 3 hours,
but when I saw thoese reports I could download them without any problems.

The chance of being able to upload files on Bitshare through web upload these days is less than 20%; the uploads either fail at the beginning or in the middle or the upload finishes but the download link isn't generated and the files doesn't show up in the file manager and the times that the upload does work, the speed doesn't go above 500 KBps; I really hope you guys would have a plan or sth to fix these issues.
