Why is the Upload Speed so slow?

I have a 10GB/s! Server from OVH and I upload my files to bitshare with 300KB/s ?
the funny thing is my home network has 300KB/s Upload speed so when I upload my files from my home computer to Bitshare I got Fullspeed

so please Bitshare fix this problem I can't wait 1 hour to Upload a 300MB size file

PS : I have already sent u a Traceroute last week but still no result
