Excellent Upload speed now got up to 50MB/s from NL

Most probably you have had been lucky and your upload had been sent to one of their HK servers, it's impossible to upload at such speed to their US servers from a server outside US.

i tested, still 400+ KB/s only on FR server

You will get great speed from OVH to their HK servers but it's won't go any faster than 500KBps to their US servers.
