last week was up to 20MB/s and now getting 300KB/s!

According to other people's complaints in old posts, I don't think it will be returned to your balance.
If $6.xx of $150 is card fraud or refunded, you will lose total $150.
In my opinion, always requesting payout when your balance have $20 is a wise policy.

I ignored them, because untill now I had no problem with your service, and I could not believe it.

Can you please confirm, that the information by gibalah is correct?
