And instead of saying that there is a problem with paypal,

They are still accepting money for premium users via Paypal, So paypal has stopped letting them paying money, and only let them receive money ?!!!!

Are you nutz ?.If you don't know what is limited access go search about it.
You can only receive funds,or withdraw funds to your bank account.
Maybe paypal limited their account,so instead of whining more,go learn.
They are not forced to pay you by the way and yet,for your unpatiencey they can pay you right now and ban your account because they are tired of your whining.
If you want a good filehost and wanna support bitshare to come back like before,BE PATIENT THATS WHAT ALL THEY ASK (Is that too much ?).
