HDD : 50 or more
BW : 500 G or more
my budget is 13$ per month.
i want it for serving static contents ( nginx + phpfpm will be install )
I have VPS now from whitelabalehosting but its have a lot of down time
Also because of some of my files VPS must be offshore .

@VAHID, If you expect DMCA, Then go with NL VPS ( OVH not recomended).
Also if its a forum or php based site.Then Its better for you to take a vps with 1GB RAM

Whitelabelhosting is with servius by the look of it. also i read a thread on WHT that ecatel terminated contracts with them.
