I am making a thread on behalf of a close friend of mine:

He and another 2 men were founding a game-hosting company, which would have provided Gameservers along with VPS and web-hosting. They put a lot of money and work into developing a custom site based on WHMCS software, into which the game-hosting panel and VPS-panel etc were integrated. After they had put some good time and money into it, they decided to put a stop to it because of various matters, mostly the lack of time because of other projects and now they're looking into selling what they have on their hands. (They're considering it, if there's someone with a willingness and time on their hands out there) It has a pretty high potential and there's not much left to do but buy the servers, start advertising and getting it on it's wheels.

It comes with:
  • Domain - pretty good domainname, not too common so it will be directly findable through google without much work and is still related to hosting.
  • SSL-certificate
  • WHMCS life-time licens (costs $349 @ WHMCS.com)
  • Custom coded site
  • Stunning design (I have seen it and it's pretty great)
  • Twitter account with a custom design
