I am Facing a Serious Issue with my DB.......

I got error with MySQL


MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.
SQL Error:
145 - Table './postleec_latest/mybb_sessions' is marked as crashed and should be repaired
Query:
DELETE FROM mybb_sessions WHERE ip='173.242.118.31'
and some times
SQL Error:
1030 - Got error 28 from storage engine
Query:
SHOW COLUMNS FROM mybb_users LIKE 'unreadpms'
Kindly help me...

I even Tried to Repair the table....But no use...
