First of all Sorry for the delayed response here on KWWHunction, But I was on holidays, but the support staff was active during that period.

And, about your issue, I have just reconfirmed from the support department, you email has been replied and ticket has been replied.

Also, please note that server IP is pinging fine, there has been no issue with the FTP and cPanel and no issue has been reported from any of the other client.

Your site is also loading fine on my side and you can also check this on proxy where you will find our main site Online too.
