    mate, change the ip first...
    ask your host for new ip..
    delete all old sitemaps and create new one and ping it.....

    you can get all detals in google webmaster, whether blasklisted or any malware affected and all

    Have you contacted your provider and asked them for help? Maybe they can move you to another set of IPs?
