I rebooted my server and saw the pages wasn't loading after. I then tried to restart httpd and got this message

[root@server admin]# /etc/init.d/httpd restart
Stopping httpd: [ OK ]
Starting httpd: [Sun Dec 25 04:25:13 2011] [error] (EAI 3)Temporary failure in name resolution: Failed to resolve server name for 111.111.111.111 (check DNS) -- or specify an explicit ServerName
I went to "/etc/resolv.conf" and saw a different set of IPs from my own IP.
Is this normal?

How could I do to resolve this issue?
