wel you will not start making $$ in 1 week, just keep uploading and posting...

Upload quality releases which people want more.
Then, post them on popular websites or on websites which are new and you see potential in it.

If you post on a new site, then try to help the website owner in getting traffic on it, because afterall it is YOU who is going to benefit more rather than the webmaster.

Spread that website's word. The more you spread, the more people will come on it, the more downloads you get + more premium sales.
