PSU: 850w enermax
Mobo: EVGA Classified (ridiculously expensive mobo, best i7 mobo available)
On a side note, SLI and crossfire are pointless. Unless you're some 3D modeler or similar, you will NEVER use the full power of all your GPUs combined.
