How is this possible? Even the account says Free account.

sequelae, i've PMed you, this is because you've changed IP address and system blocked you for suspicious activity
Just don't try donwnloading for more than 15 minutes, after that you should be able to DL file

My IP is dinamic when i reconnect my internet connection, i get IP renewal.
IP My ISP in the range .....114.xx.xx.xxx



So my IP always changing when i reconnect my internet connection.

For meta tag...i still need that. My site is blog. i need meta tag for my blog verification not Downloaded validation file.
