Even if strengthen the server and hardware,
just have "flat tire" because of increasing number of users.

RG will need to change the rules.
Download speed Limit (Ideally,100kb by free. 500~kb by premium)....
and, Prohibition of Parallel Downloads..... Improved Upload System....
Above all, unless get better upload system, users will be vanishing.
If don't have contents, no way to use.

Sorry for the troubles with upload/download, we are awaiting for new hardware supply, it's delayed. Hardware will arrive on 15th Feb, that will stabilize the situation, hope you understand
