I have started a webmaster related forum. I put there webmaster related resources. I want good webmasters to join the forum and share their experience.

Can any one could give me good idea to do this. ?

Personally I think that forum looks cramped like it was done quickly and without any thought. I suggest you get a more relaxed theme and/or diffrent forum software(eg: MyBB, SMF,VB or ipb even).
