Just curious how much it would cost to have an app with the following features made. The app would basically be fairly similar to MTN/Thumbnail me but with a few additional features

-Should have regular features like making thumbnail, must work with multiple videos
-The most important part: the app must be able to create multiple single frame screenshots from a single video.
-It must save the info of each video file in a txt file.

Please just reply if you're a developer. I'm not interested in estimates by people that don't know what they're talking about.
