@ djkelaj - It would have been better if you had just given the file hosts that you think you can earn, rather than trying to find fault with other file hosts.

Each file host has its own method in how they want to provide the service, and it is very clearly stated on there site. You can read that understand it and decide whether you want to use there service or not. You must also remember when there are many players it is good for us the user. I have used many and now I have settled with GLUMBO as they are straight forward if they can do it they will . If it's not viable they say so. And also they reply (GLUMBO FORUM), while others you have to remind them that they haven't done so. If you have a problem they help you out.

GLUMBO is a file host in my opinion (yours may be different) thats has come to be a force that will make the OLDER file hosts who are dominating the scene give better offers, Christmas gifts etc.

    Hello guys,

Someone referred me to this thread and I felt like I had to add something to it.

You are absolutely right, those 3 sites you have mentioned use the same script as a CORE. As I am the support agent of GrooveFile, I will only speak for them.

GrooveFile used the XfileSharing pro script as a base to their hosting platform. I can also tell you that we have modified a lot of the code on the site and we believe that we have a very good system in place.

We are adding new features by the hour, until we reach the ideal product our affiliates are looking for. We just launched 3 days ago and we are getting amazing reviews/feedback.

I just want to bring to your attention that a file sharing website partially using an xfilesharingpro script, is not a scam. Try it for yourself, we wont let a single affiliate down.

Also our service is just as reliable as any other host out there. If you have any concerns then please email me at sridenour@groovefile.com. We have no intention of putting this much time on a project, the amount of money invested to scam people. I understand if it was a site with a default template that really did not care about the affiliates but we are not like that. The reason a lot of people have a bad taste in there mouth from the script is because it is a very accessible script. A lot of people can get there hands on it easily. Look at Oron, it is a very successful host using the script not scamming people.

I think the issue here is that most of the people who decide to run cyberlockers DO want to pay affiliates. (obviously, affiliates = more traffic = more money) The investment to have a successful cyberlocker website is rather ridiculous. You can buy a script and excitedly jump in with your $450 investment, but the costs are just going to grow exponentially. If ANYTHING goes wrong, you're going to be late on affiliate payments and...GrooveFile turns into a scam.

    Hello Craignorris,
I am not allowed to go in details about the capital investment we used to finance this project. But what I can promise you is that all payments will be processed and delivered within the 48 hours our affiliates decide to redeem their earnings. If not, just like you mentioned, the sites will loose all its credibility.

Once again, we do not want users judging the website off its partial use of the xfilesharing pro script.

    Regards,
    Scott

Im sure you will hear great reviews within the next couple of months of operations.

To use XFS is not wrong.
However, most of these cyberlockers doesn't develop their programs well.

PROGRAM doesn't mean the template or the web design.
Technically, the common design pattern of web services is called MVC model 2.
    MVC stands for Model/View/Controller.
So far, I can only see these cyberlockers change/improve View; it's wrong and a true failure.

XFS has many issues about its Model & Controller, but most cyberlockers who are using it only do some decoration on View.
Uploaders have been tired to cooperate with them.
