Sites like youtube that allow embed?

Hello I'm new here,
I'm starting a family friendly site with video embed included.
The problem with youtube is that many videos have music added to them or playing in the background. Youtube won't allow these vids to be embedded within my pages. I'm not wanting to embed the latest mainstream music vids but just user created videos.

Is there other uservid sites with not so strict rules? maybe foreign?

vimeo doesn't like you having advertising on your site.
megaupload embed has popups

dailymotion.com, youku.com, tudou.com, sapo.pt, zshare.net, megavideo.com (make networking="internal" in embed code in it and no pop up will come while playing video)

I'm trying out youku. I tested an embed and its working okay.
Getting through the register process at youku.
Haven't received conformation email yet. Hopefully fastmail.fm hasn't blocked it.

Looks like I'm going to have to give up on youku
I registered okay but when uploading a file it fails.
The page has a select video button from harddrive but when I select the video nothing happens. Tried flv avi mp4. No luck.
The page also has drag and drop but no go either.

I really dont understand your problem,

I think youtube allows you to embed any.video you upload,
make the video private and embed to your site,
i cant see what problem you seem to be facing

Okay went with dailymotion as suggested.
Quick and easy to register and upload(videos go live instantly)
Embed are going okay.
