See, this is what i call an improvement. But like always, there is still scope for improvement if you are willing to do

Firstly, the concept of shadows/reflections. They always start from the exact pixel of the of the very bottom layer. Tomorrow morning go and observe your own shadow. try to make it like that and at the bottom try to make a transparent gradient or just erase with soft corner eraser and lower the opacity or use any other method as you like.
Secondly, people generally write their tag line BELOW the logo as the logo is utmost important also make it aligned to left of the logo/right.

Btw, i really like the stroke execution on the logo text.Rest is cool for now.. you will improve the rest with time

The tagline looks good i guess at the top, will try making it to the right now.
