I can code it, but you have to wait until day January-4 when i finish current project.

I already coded many skins for wordpress, i guarantee a good result.
I not go to say any price because it can change, all depends on how complex is the PSD design. If is possible send me design preview to have an idea about how many work it needs and i can say one price.
