Request format for Graphics Area

Hi mates,
I think there must be a Request format in Graphics Area .
There are requests everyday and they requester's don't provide us with details.

They just say

I need a logo for this website(provide url) and finally thanks.

To avoid above things we need request format in Gfx area.

My Suggestion:
1.[Paid] or [Free] Prefix in Thread Title
2.Website link.
3.Dimensions(if they know)
4.Colors(What they prefer or left to gfxers)
5.Budget if paid work
6.End Period.

Let me know if i left out anything.

a good worthy suggestion but it would good if KWWH create sub section for graphic has "graphic request section" so all request will be gone to that and main graphic section will be neat and clean

PAID should not go into graphics section at all, there is marketplace for this (inside services.)

I agree Capone, but the others can be implemented. Like providing dimensions,colors and other info. Some times there are Paid requests in Gfx section.
