I wouldn't say that a $80 dedi would necessarily beat a VPS of the same price -- especially a Xen/KVM VPS like sharehdraws will probably be looking for. A VPS would be more configurable, more easily upgradeable, and definitely more cost-effective.

Not to mention, you could find a Windows VPS hosted on exceptionally good hardware for a bit less than $80. I'd say you're looking at about $60-70.

it has awesome hardware, metered but cheap bw for upgrade, your $80 could already buy bandwidth more than you need.
