For shared host look at host discussion here in KWWH.but check all the reviews from users before you decide.

For theme you can google easily some themes but most of them have external links for backlink so its not worth it.Take one free from wordpress official site and change it as you like it.

Register in namecheap.Its most used.

To increase visits you have to SEO your wordpress with keywords and necessary plugins.Link exchange with sites and buy adspots.
