As I said, you CANNOT protect yourself from digital fingerprint, unless you can encrypt the content itself. md5, changing filename, rarring, rerarring and whatnot, cannot help against DF. People who suggest that, have no idea what they are talking about, and what technology is used in fingerprinting, or how it is done in the first place.
I just got an idea, how you COULD protect yourself...
Reencoding, and reversing left-right side of the image could do the trick. I saw people doing that on Youtube, which is also protected with DFcvrle77 Reviewed by cvrle77 on . Filesonic is Deleating even those files which is not shared. Are you also facing? Hello, I need to confirm one thing. I just uploaded some movies which were in *.mkv, *.avi and *.mp4. After some time i saw that some of files have been deleted from the root automatically even i didn't share those files yet and the deleted reason was Digital Fingerprint.:O Even my backup copies of those files have also been deleted. If they keep continue this thing then i think Filesonic will be the next fall-down after Hotfile. What do you think about this deletion system? Rating: 5
