If you break their TOS, what do you expect then? As long as they don't start banning accounts on a massive scale, and delete all copyright infringing material, they are fine. So are you. You don't get, that they are protecting you as well, right? They could, on request, hand over your info, like IP logs, paypal address, to authorities...
