@ in case of fake info, Namecheap may can ask you too provide your real info with docs ...& untill they will keep locked your domain (happened with me same)....

internetbs is not really safe. They will act if they get multiple complains.

I heard Canadian registrar will trash any mail with "DMCA" in the header. They will only act if they get an order from Canadian court. Can anyone here confirm?

let alone what they will do if you go with an USA Domain Registrar like NameCheap ...
Stay away from everything related to the USA.
