DMCA Problem

Hello all,

I need help with the problem about dmca.

I have vps to servedome , location : netherlands.

Yesterday i recieve message from servedome which contains :

Dear customer,

Our apologies for the delayed response. Your main IP: 94.102.55.84 was  affected because of a serious complaint regarding one of the websites on  it: warez-4ever.org  from the local authorities. We'll have to disable the website to  recover your IP address. Shall we proceed with it? Please let me know.

What can I do for it? if I move the server problem can be solved?

Yep, probably BREIN contacting them and as such they were forced to nullroute your IP.
Move out of NL, BREIN can't touch you if you're not within their jurisdiction.

Change ur host... Buying a proxy service for ur site would solve every issue.

So , in NL I cannot have a server? But what are the alternatives?

Either you come out of NL altogether, or you go with another host in NL, BREIN contacts them again, they nullroute you, you move again, process just keeps repeating itself. Talking from experience here.

Ok , but what country to move the server? Hong Kong... or?

The choices are endless.
Hong Kong, Russia, Ukraine, Luxembourg, Lithuania, Canada just to name a few.

Or if you absolutely don't want to move out of NL, then a reverse proxy service is what you might want to look into.
