Don't call anybody such names without proof! Here is what happened:
RDP was ordered on 19 Feb 2012
RDP was delivered on 22 Feb 2012 (15:11 PM) -
Ticket Proof:
Time Proof:
You filed for a refund on 23 Feb 2012 (22:45 PM)

You created one more ticket on 24 Feb 2012 for refund -
The TOS on site says no refund for Encoding RDPs, but we are considering 24 hours refund as it was mentioned on the thread (OP intended to say 24 hours for normal RDPs).
Now, it is upto you - do you want to stay with Glanpol or just leave without any refund. Michal is still ready to help you out if there are any issues in the RDP.
Next time when you buy something - spend some time reading the company's Terms of Service. Will save you from getting into fuck-ups.Follow besthostingforums on FB
