How can i sell my site?

So i created a site called http://raredownload.com
I purchased a domain at namecheap for one year.I purchased the domain on the 17 December 2011 expires at 17 december 2012.This costed me 9.28 $
I purchased shared webhosting from knownsrv for three months(quaterly).I purchased it on 17 december 2011 expires 17 march 2012.
Disk space : 10000 MB
Monthly bandwith: 100 GB
Location: The Netherlands
This costed me 17.85 $
Now here is the problem,I lost interest in making the website and managing it,I don't have time as well.
So how can i sell it so someone and for how much?
Total cost spent by me 27.13 $
And what's the process of selling,somebody gives me some money and i give him the passwords and etc for cpanel and domain passwords and that's it?
Please help

Well, you have nothing on the site, so the only thing worth selling is the domain

i dont think you will get more then $4 for domain if someone even is intrested.

If i were you i would make it autoblog and earn that money back+more, its really easy even for beginners.

Note: im not going to teach you how to make autoblog, theres thousands tutorials search them on google.

You can sell only your domain name. You don't have a real site.
