hi guys hope all r fine i need help about upgrading my sbrog v5.4 to 5.5

is any one now how to upgrade because when i click on upgrade its download 3 file in rar and i dont know further how i upgrade my sbrog

2nd upload those files to your sborg directory
3rd open sborg/install.php
