Need HELp ASAp

When i make a post on my forum, it goes to a blank page that says flood.. why? i dont know what this is from or how to fix it.
Someone please help me, if you can fix this i will pay you, or do anything you want.
I disabled the plugin Doubble post prevention, not sure if that fixed it but any help would be nice.

i re uploaded the newthread and still receiving the same error ,i even turned Flood options off Well set them to 0.. Do you think its the host?

you havnt submitted a ticket to your host yet? id have done that first most hosts (good ones anyways) offer support for these types of things. i personally am not sure about this particular error. one thing i will say is have you recently installed any mods or made any edits to it? if so revert to the way they were before. worst comes to worst im sure you have a backup somewhere right? create a new folder and extract your backup there edit the config to match the new directory and visit the backup thru your browser if you can post and have no problem then you should know its your host or not.

My Host, isnt really the owner.. He's a reseller lol so im kinda screwed. I need to find a cheap dedi or a VPS, anyone know of any?
