Google Analytics Stopped Working

Hi guys i need help with that i started to work with the ads fo adhitz.com and vadpay then after i put its codes the google analytics stopped working i removed vadpay and made it all with adhitz and still the same problem does anyone have any solution or had an experience with this problem iam using tvstreamscript

put the code again , as i think its because of the new google system of approving with the contact no. though no idea
mine was also stopped and i removed and added again and it is working
