I want to set urls like KWWHunction's permalink
for example when i go to news and announcements (forum) the url of this forum besthostingforums.com/2-news-announcement
(explained: domainname.com/[forumid]-[forum title])
(explained for thread: domainname.com/[threadid]-[thread title])
i want use this permalink to my forum
