I'll be offering help to all those IPB webmasters, who does not own an active IPB license, this request thread where you may request whatever download you wish to obtain from IPS Resources.

Notes:
  • Since the size limit is 97KB, I was forced to upload to Rapidshare. No, it's not for points, as I have enough, and the full size of the files are less than 2 megs. If you don't have a prem account, well it's worth waiting, as it's cheaper than purchasing an IPB license.
  • These are free skins and mods, hence they are are NOT warez.
