Who says that the cheapest RDP has the lowest quality? MegaRDP is selling RPD's very cheap but their servers are awesome!

Just remember that you get what you pay for. The quality of a low priced RDP will go down in time; most of the providers here are cashing in on Redstation's 3 months free offer. Once that expires, they'll move to cheaper datacenters and/or alternatives.

I'll go with Tehserver (Tehhost) because I made had a server from them a few months ago and I don't think they weill go away after 3 months
