DDLMafia.net Submit page [suggestions]

The point of this thread is tell me what is wrong with my submission page. http://www.ddlmafia.net/submit/

Ease of use, quality, things that are good,things that are bad, features u want added.

-Currently we have an auto crawler which will crawl ur link and grab links and fill in the boxes.
-after a successful submission your site info is stored in a cookie and loaded everytime u visit the page for atleast 3 months.
-enter is disabled so u may not submit crap results by mistake
-clicking on a number beside the submission title and url, will clear that rows boxes.
-u can use select all to select all types to games, movies, etc.
-you can submit to other sites at the same time as submitting to ddlmafia.net

Any suggestion is welcome.

Let me know i will open some other threads regarding other aspects of the site once this is resolved.

Try to make it at least somewhat unique. Thats my first suggestion
