I am searching for a VPS which fullfills these needs:

- 1 TB bandwith
- sBorg allowed
- Good speeds for MediaFire and rapidshare upload
- 20 GB HDD
- 1Gbit Port

Right now I am on a VPS located in NL and it gives me really bad upload speed to Mediafire.

Would be great if the price is in between 10-20$
