From my experiences, vBExperience is very flawed. A person could post one word responses to every thread and get 100 posts and he would have a higher activity % than a guy who spends time and effort into making 10 well-done posts. Should use a better method of judging. Perhaps judge by yourself or get a trusted member from KWWH to do so.
