Filesonic Prem speeds capped

i am experiencing this problem too.
before the new user interface changes, my download speed from filesonic looks fine.
i can easily reach max speed of my connection with other filehost e.g. fileserve.

as usual, i submitted a ticket to filesonic support and no reply yet.

With filesonic premium you can get download speeds in the range ~ 3000 to 3500 KB/s

yup, getting crappy speeds from File Sonic ever since I joined.

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

I have the same issue. Could always download FSC at full speed (1.7MBs on 16 connections).

After they introduced the name site and file type, I can get only 1 connection and no resume (on any type, free, pro or coll.).

I am in discussion with Marco why and how to solve this.

Marco gave as one reason that IDM is not yet adapted to FSC's new system. Have tried Jdownloader, but here header file errors.

I only get about 3MB/s from FSo I have a 50mbit connection should be getting 5MB/s atleast
